DFTW 16 – Losing 30 Lbs (Part 2) and Does Wearing Gloves really help?

The biggest part of my weight loss journey was leaning into the fact that it doesn’t all start in the kitchen, and that if we are wanting to get healthy then we must start to work hard on mental and emotional health which will ultimately lower our anxiety and stress and make it easier for our body to lower our cortisol levels so our body will stop hanging onto our stress. 

I want to share 7 ways that we can start to lower our cortisol levels so that we can get on the path to being more physically healthy.  When we can start to lower these levels we will see massive benefits in our life.
