Episode 15 – Losing 30lbs and eating birthday cake that someone blew on. (Part 1)

The picture on the left is me when I was at one of my all time lows weighing 212lbs and I thought that I was acting like I was healthy when in reality I wasn’t.

Losing 30lbs started to happen once I stopped worrying about the diet plan, and started to look at how I can lower my stress levels deal with anxiety and destroy worry. This was when I started to become much more balanced and feeling extremely healthy.

This episode is part one of the series to show how I have continued to journey to a healthier version of myself.
