I am very excited about my first ever CrossFit Competition this weekend!
I am not expecting to win, but I am expecting to go all out and give it my all! I am again so thankful for CrossFit Katy and how they have helped me to get in great shape and lose 22lbs in the past 2 months with encouraging me to eat right and work out.
Below is the workout for this weekends competition at the BCS Games 2012 in college station.
I am entering the “Scaled” Division which is lighter weight thean the “Elite” I am super excited..

The 2012 edition of the BCS Games will have 3 WODs conducted in heat fashion, and 1 “floater” WOD conducted during a set period of time Saturday morning.
WOD 1, 8am – 11am:
For time:
700m run, 15 DL, 700m Run
*DL- elite @ 225/185, scaled @ 185/135
*10 Min Cut-off
WOD 2, 11am – 1pm:
For total reps/cals:
3 Min AMRAP – Sand Bag Get Ups
Rest 1 min
2 min AMCAP – Calorie Row

1 min AMRAP – double unders
*Sandbags- elite @ 75/60#, scaled @ 60/40#
*elites do double unders, scaled do runners (alternating single leg single unders)
