on my fridge is a sheet of paper that has been up there for a year, on that paper is all of my running times for the year. I started it on February 2, 2009. As I added them up I am surprised and challenged. I am challenged because I would have liked to go a lot further than I did. I am also challenged that I did not swim as much as I should have or rode hardly at all last year. I am now motivated even more to put more mileage in this year, not just for the half-ironman but for my life. The numbers below will all be doubled if not tripled next year.
