Jeremy Nixon…

Here is a story of a huge blessing:
On February 3rd my best friend Jeremy Nixon moved in. He moved here with the total expectation of absolutely nothing. He was going to come here and just get a job to make it by. He moved with no money, no job, nothing. He came to start over, not that he was living a bad life, but just to get a fresh outlook on life. He was wanting to get out of the daily grind of his life he had been living in Arkansas.

He started interviewing at every place in Katy. He landed a job at Home Depot, started working there. Then one day he is like man I need a job at a church, so we talked then he received a call from River Pointe Church, they started a series of interviews to interview him for the position of Middle School Pastor. He continuing to work hard at home depot and just stay the course until he knew he had the job at River Pointe. He got it! He was hired on the 10th of March. This has been a truly life changing time for Jeremy. The team at his church has just poured into him and helped to make him feel valuable. Praise the Lord for His faithfulness to give Jeremy the desire of his heart. Our goals for Jeremy moving down here were:
1) to grow in his walk with the Lord (doing it)
2) to be able to get in shape (lost 15 lbs so far)
3) get a job so he can support himself. (happening)

Matthew 25.23

“His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’
