Training This week..

You may not care but I am putting my training on here for this week in running. It helps keep me accountable.

Tuesday:4.miles (8:30 pace) 4 miles at a slower pace

Wednesday: 2 Miles

Friday: 8 Miles

Saturday: 50 mile bike with a 3 mile run..

Sunday: 2 Miles…
