There’s a big difference between a cup of coffee with a little cream and sugar and the fancy coffee drinks now widely available. Save a couple of hundred calories on a single latte by skipping the flavoring and whipped cream and getting the small latte with skim milk.

Again we see that skim milk is a healthy choice. I am going to show calories and miles needed to run to burn them off.
All Based on Grande with 2% Milk

If you hold the Whip you save 70 Calories
If you use Skim Milk you save 60 Calories
Remember this is just Calories not the fat in these drinks…

Every mile you run is worth about 100 calories, not all miles are created equal in terms of calorie-burn. That’s because the pace you run and the terrain you cover can actually boost the number of calories you burn per mile.
If you are on a 5% incline when running you burn 50% more calories than on flat.
