Day 2 – Juice…

Day 2 of the cutting calories by watching what you drink…

Many people think that juice is so great and so wonderful for you. The thing is that in Juice there is a ton of sugar in it. Try to pick unsweetened juice, even if that is something you do drink try to keep it no more than 4 ounces a week.

PS: This week I am saying no to coffee and just drinking green/black tea. Lets see what happens…
