Calories…

This week I am going to give 7 tips on cutting calories all dealing with drinks. I really find it funny when people are so worried about loosing weight, but they drink things with major calories in them. It is not just food that has calories but our drinks as well. The reason for this is not saying that I am in any way a health guru. But I have really been thinking about this as I am training for my half marathon and half ironman.

Step 1. Got milk? Switch to skim milk from drinking 2% milk. Right away it saves 42 calories for 8 ounces.

So if you drink it in a glass, chocolate milk, in your coffee, cereal… Think Skim…
